Solution

I identified and formalized the project's requirements by first understanding the project's objectives and goals. I then broke down these objectives into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) requirements. I also consulted with key stakeholders to ensure that all necessary requirements were included.

To define the foundational boundaries and pieces of my analytical content, I asked questions such as: What are the key deliverables? What are the timelines for each deliverable? What are the milestones that need to be achieved? What reports need to be generated and when? These questions helped me to create a clear and comprehensive scope of work.
