a) The region I have chosen to focus on is Pori, a city in Finland.

b) Some of the important cultural landscapes of Pori include the Pori Art Museum, the Central Pori Church, the Pori Theatre, and the Yyteri Beach, which is one of the longest sandy beaches in the Nordic countries. The city is also known for its annual jazz music festival, Pori Jazz.

c) In addition to the aforementioned cultural landscapes, Pori is also home to the Kirjurinluoto Park, a large park area that hosts various events and concerts. The Old Town of Pori, known as Vanha Pori, is another significant cultural landscape with its old wooden houses.

d) Over the last two hundred years, the landscapes of Pori have changed significantly. The city has expanded and modernized, with new buildings and infrastructure replacing some of the old wooden structures. Industrialization in the 19th and 20th centuries brought factories and railways to the city. However, efforts have been made to preserve the historical and cultural landscapes, such as the Old Town and the Central Pori Church. The city has also seen an increase in green spaces, with the development of parks like the Kirjurinluoto Park.
