Solution

I'm sorry, but as an AI, I don't have access to external files like a "JOURNALS Updated.docx" and I can't see the text you're referring to. However, I can help you structure a weekly journal entry based on Week 2 reading and class discussion. Here's a general structure you can follow:

  1. Introduction: Briefly summarize the main topics covered in the Week 2 reading and class discussion.

  2. Reflection on Reading: Discuss your thoughts on the reading. What were the key points? Did anything surprise you? Do you agree or disagree with the author's arguments? Use specific examples from the text to support your points.

  3. Reflection on Class Discussion: Reflect on the class discussion. What were the main viewpoints expressed? Did the discussion change your perspective on any of the topics from the reading? Again, use specific examples to illustrate your points.

  4. Connections to Previous Knowledge/Experiences: Try to connect the Week 2 topics to what you learned in Week 1 or to your own experiences. This will help deepen your understanding and make the learning more personal.

  5. Conclusion: Summarize your main reflections and discuss how you plan to apply what you've learned in the future.

Remember to write in a reflective and critical manner, demonstrating your understanding of the topics and your ability to think deeply about them.

Re: Week 8 - Discussion Forum by Kyle Carson - Saturday, 1 June 2024, 8:27 PM Hello everyone, With our final exams coming up, it may get stressful and, for many of us also nerve-racking, two strategies I will use are studying past chapters and readings and to achieve this I will use the second strategy which will be time management, making an organized schedule to study past chapters and readings for next weeks exam will be crucial. Reading on my past discussion forms and learning journals could also be beneficial, to see how I would explain the topic for that chapter. I used to have test-taking anxiety when I was in high school, I never knew how to study properly for my exams and would just rely on a few things I could remember and luck, so when exam week would roll around, I would be scared to take them. However, now that I've studied more and know more about how to take exams and how to study for them properly, I am not as scared to take these upcoming ones. I intend to use the note-taking strategy to study for the exams as well, I found them very helpful and made me captivate more information when reading or watching a video. All the best.
