Solution

The person is said to have normal vision. This is because the normal near point (the closest point at which an object can be brought into focus by the eye) is conventionally taken as 25 cm. If a person can see clearly at a distance of 10 cm, their vision is better than normal. The ability to see objects at infinity means they do not have myopia (nearsightedness). Therefore, we can say that the person has normal or better than normal vision.
