Solution

Cronus, who was the leader of the Titans and the god of time in Greek mythology, was prophesied to be overthrown by one of his children. To prevent this from happening, each time his wife Rhea gave birth to a child, Cronus would swallow the child whole to keep them from growing up and challenging his rule. This happened with his first five children: Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, and Poseidon. However, when his sixth child Zeus was born, Rhea tricked Cronus into swallowing a stone wrapped in cloth instead, and Zeus was hidden away to grow up and eventually fulfill the prophecy.
