Solution

During Ramadan, it is recommended to break the fast as soon as possible and delay having Suhur meal. This practice is based on the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who said, "My Ummah will remain in goodness as long as they hasten in breaking the fast and delay the Suhur".

Breaking the fast as soon as possible means to break it immediately after the sun has set. This is usually marked by the call to the Maghrib prayer.

Delaying the Suhur means to have this pre-dawn meal as close to Fajr (dawn) prayer as possible without risking missing the time for it. This is to ensure that the fasting person can benefit from the nutrition and energy of the meal for as much of the fasting day as possible.

However, it's important to note that these are recommendations and not obligations. The fast is still valid if someone breaks their fast a bit late or has their Suhur early.
