To identify blank cells within a range in Excel, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Select the range of cells where you want to identify the blank cells.

  4. Click on "Find & Select" in the Editing group.
  5. From the drop-down menu, click on "Go To Special".
  6. In the Go To Special dialog box, select "Blanks" and then click on "OK".
