As a study assistant, I believe I can contribute to encouraging inclusivity and diversity within the Ashesi sports community in several ways:

1. Organizing Inclusive Sports Events: I can help organize sports events that cater to all students, regardless of their physical abilities, gender, or cultural background. This could include adaptive sports for students with disabilities, as well as events that celebrate cultural diversity.

2. Promoting Diversity in Sports Teams: I can work with sports teams to ensure they are inclusive and represent the diversity of the student body. This could involve encouraging teams to recruit players from diverse backgrounds and advocating for equal representation of all students.
