Solution

The individual with a genetic deficiency of one or more type of cone cells has color blindness. This condition is known as color vision deficiency or color blindness. Cone cells in our eyes are responsible for our color vision. They are sensitive to different wavelengths of light, and different types of cones are responsible for our ability to see different colors. If a person has a deficiency or absence of one or more types of these cone cells, they will have difficulty distinguishing between certain colors. This can range from mild difficulty to complete inability to see certain colors.
