1. Mentoring: How might we use our talent community to provide our learners andgraduates with coaching and mentoring opportunities to improve their learning andcommunity experiences?2. Hackathons: How might we run hackathons to engage our junior and senior techtalent to solve real-world problems and give us the data to rank and match them toopportunities?Instead of building our own platforms, we would like to first explore what off-the-shelfplatforms exist for Mentoring and Hackathons- what are the key features,advantages/disadvantages, cost etc.Please do some initial research on available platforms and present your findings in a way thatwill allow the team to identify the top 3 that we could take forward by arranging demos etc.
