This could be done through public education campaigns, town hall meetings, and social media outreach.

Ease of Voting: Making the voting process easier and more accessible could also increase participation. This could include measures such as expanding early voting, allowing mail-in voting, and ensuring polling places are accessible and plentiful.

Engagement: Engaging with communities and individuals to make them feel their vote matters could also increase participation. This could involve politicians and community leaders speaking directly to people about the issues at stake in the election and how they could be affected.

Incentives: Some countries have compulsory voting laws, where citizens are legally required to vote. While this may not be feasible or desirable in all places, offering incentives for voting could be another way to increase participation.
