The problem statement for the study on the impact of employee turnover intentions on organizational performance of Jubilee Insurance Uganda could be as follows: Employee turnover is a significant issue that affects the performance of organizations globally. In Uganda, the insurance sector, and specifically Jubilee Insurance, is not exempt from this problem. The intention of employees to leave the organization can lead to a decrease in productivity, increased recruitment costs, and a loss of valuable skills and knowledge. This study aims to investigate the impact of employee turnover intentions on the organizational performance of Jubilee Insurance Uganda. Despite the general understanding of the negative effects of high employee turnover, there is a lack of comprehensive research focusing on the Ugandan insurance sector. This study will fill this gap by providing empirical evidence on the effects of employee turnover intentions on the performance of Jubilee Insurance Uganda. The findings of this study will be significant in informing human resource strategies to mitigate turnover intentions and improve organizational performance (Njoroge & Yazdanifard, 2014; Tuzun, Kalemci & Yesiltas, 2019).
