Re: Week 5 - Discussion Forumby Sana Shinwari - Tuesday, 14 May 2024, 3:27 AMHello everyone,I respond to feedback, suggestions, or criticism with a growth mindset because whenever I receive any feedback or suggestion I express gratitude and say thank for using you for using your valuable time to overview my thoughts. I know that my peer’s responses will help me and I can from them, because in this universe no one is complete we need to help each other and learn from each other. We can’t know as much from our books or learning material as we learn from our peers. When I receive contractive criticism from my peers, I think it’s a learning opportunity for me we grow from criticism because all human beings think that they are talented, their ideas are brilliant, and don’t have any weak points, so after receiving criticism I remember the benefits of getting criticism, and I read or listen closely to their feedback, sometimes I ask a question to get to the root of the actual issue being raised and possible solutions for addressing, and try to make positive change in my behavior
