Solution

Sherrie West needs to follow these steps to transfer ownership of the Google Doc to Thomas Omar:

  1. Open the Google Doc that she wants to transfer.
  2. Click on the "Share" button located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. A new window will open. Here, she should find Thomas Omar's name or email address in the list of people who have access to the document.
  4. To the right of his name, there will be a dropdown menu showing his current level of access (which should be "Editor" since he is already an editor of the document).
  5. Click on this dropdown menu and select "Make owner".
  6. A warning message will appear reminding her that she is transferring ownership of the document. She should click "Yes" to confirm.

Please note that once the ownership is transferred, Sherrie will not be able to reverse this action. She will become an editor, and only the new owner (Thomas Omar) will be able to change the access levels of the people who have access to the document.
