Eukaryotic cells do have a cell membrane and DNA, but these are not exclusive to them as Prokaryotic cells also have these features. Not all cells have a cell wall, only plant and bacteria cells do. Eukaryotic cells are not always small and simple, this is more characteristic of Prokaryotic cells. Not all Eukaryotic cells are unicellular, they can also be multicellular.
