Given the significant number of qualitative articles that have exploredthe enablers of Industry 4.0 and the circular economy across various industriesand the need to establish a shared understanding of these enablers, the firststage of this research involved identifying effective enablers using the meta-synthesis qualitative method. Their validity was assessed through contentvalidity, which involved obtaining opinions from 15 organizational experts. In the second phase of the research, the researchers evaluated the effectivenessand impact of these enablers using the Fuzzy DEMATEL method. Thestatistical population for the first stage of the research comprised all studiespublished in the Scopus database, the largest text database, related to theenablers that influence the implementation of circular economy and Industry4.0 within organizational supply chains up until the commencement of thisresearch. In the second stage of the research, the statistical population includedall professors and managers with expertise in sustainability, familiar withcircular economy, and knowledgeable about Industry 4.0 technologies atArdakan Glass Factories in Yazd. For this phase, a purposeful samplingmethod was used to select ten participants.

Solution
This research is an applied-developmental study that aims to develop a new scientific model for implementing the circular economy and Industry 4.0 in organizational supply chains. The methodology used is a field-library study.
The first stage of the research involved identifying effective enablers using the meta-synthesis qualitative method. This was done by reviewing a significant number of qualitative articles that have explored the enablers of Industry 4.0 and the circular economy across various industries. The aim was to establish a shared understanding of these enablers. The validity of these enablers was assessed through content validity, which involved obtaining opinions from 15 organizational experts.
In the second phase of the research, the effectiveness and impact of these enablers were evaluated using the Fuzzy DEMATEL method. The statistical population for the first stage of the research comprised all studies published in the Scopus database related to the enablers that influence the implementation of the circular economy and Industry 4.0 within organizational supply chains.
In the second stage of the research, the statistical population included all professors and managers with expertise in sustainability, familiar with the circular economy, and knowledgeable about Industry 4.0 technologies at Ardakan Glass Factories in Yazd. A purposeful sampling method was used to select ten participants for this phase.

In the initial phase of the research, a review of variousarticles was conducted using the meta-synthesis method to identify andcategorize relevant enablers. This process resulted in the identification of 15enablers categorized into four dimensions: economic, human resources, organizational management, and infrastructure. In the subsequent step, theFuzzy DEMATEL technique was employed to examine the cause-and-effectrelationships. While the desirable sustainability values ofIndustry 5.0 are widely acknowledged, the knowledge of how this agenda can deliversustainable transformation is lacking. The present study addresses this knowledgegap, explaining how Industry 5.0 transformation should be managed to facilitatesustainable development. Therefore, this study strives to model the underlyingmechanism for enabling such transformation. The study conducted a content-centricreview of the literature and identified 11 actions and approaches that serve asenablers of Industry 5.0 transformation. The study further conducted the interpretivestructural modeling and structured the enablers as an interpretive model explainingsteps needed for enabling Industry 5.0. Finally, the study developed the strategyroadmap for enabling Industry 5.0 transformation and sustainable development. Results emphasized stakeholder salience, highlighting the enabling role of stake-holder integration and collaboration in Industry 5.0 transformation. Proactivegovernmental support is the most driving enabler of Industry 5.0, whereas eco-innovation and sustainable value network reformation are among the most complexand hard-to-develop enablers. Results offer several implications for policymakers andpractitioners, explaining the functionality of each approach and strategy necessaryfor Industry 5.0 transformation. The roadmap determines the sequential relationshipsamong these approaches and strategies and identifies their optimal developmentsequence for enabling Industry 5.0 transformation synergistically.
