You may be part of a team that works with evaluators, or assists in planning evaluation methods.Every organization conducts evaluations. Most follow the generic process we covered in this course. However, some have a unique outline or procedure. It is important for you to have as many resources as possible when you are practicing in the workforce. Adapting the basic principles of evaluation to your organization is a critical skill. There are many toolkits available to improve your skills with a specific pattern. The most commonly used at the present time is the CDC framework. This lesson will introduce you to some of the better toolkits available in the field.
