Spend hours in class not really learning anything. Most classes are poorly made power points filled with spelling mistakes, and few graphics. Very little actual instruction on tool/machine use prior to needing to know to do something. You work through on your own and ask an instructor for help when you get stuck, they are usually busy or not there.
