Cottey College

Despite being in a mediocre town, Cottey is incredible. It is such a tight-knit community of students, and the traditions are wonderful. The professors truly care about their students, and their office doors are always open. I love how supportive everyone on campus is and how many opportunities Cottey gives its students.

Two years at Cottey were the best years of my life. Absolutely LOVED it! It made me the person I am today. Michael in Food Service AMAZING - food to die for, loved the suite living. Still close friends with roommates and friends - honestly, best choice I ever made was to go there!

Terrible retention rate, great experience

Cottey is the best choice that I ever made. I only wish that it had been a four year school when I graduated in 1994. The students now have a great opportunity to attain a four year degree, I hope that they take advantage of it.

I loved Cottey and I miss it so much. After graduating from here I attended a 'small' state university that I honestly hated. At Cottey you get small individualized classes, a small, compact campus, a close-knit group of students who support each other, and a wonderful experience. It is a small town, but if you're not depending on malls, no biggie.

I love it here. Attending Cottey was the best decision I've ever made. The support a student can receive if they look in the right places and reach out for it is AMAZING. Cottey can do amazing things for a young woman if she's willing. Cottey changed my life entirely. I'll admit, Cottey's not for everyone, but it was DEFINITELY for me!
