The Savior's Visit to AmericaAfter you finish your study of the Savior's visit to the Nephites, pick a friend or family member and share with them the insights/feelings you had through your study. Teaching God's ChildrenOne of the humbling privileges of discipleship is the honor of working beside the Master of the Vineyard. Those who have come unto Jesus Christ through baptism come to understand that they are of the House of Israel with the sacred assignment of gathering scattered Israel. In addition to being something that people can read and pray about to gain a testimony and understanding of the restoration of the gospel in the latter days, the Book of Mormon also contains wonderful case studies of unbelievably powerful missionaries. As we study Nephi, Jacob, Alma, Amulek, Ammon, and many others, we can see character traits they possessed, and skills they used, to bring people to Christ.
