Solution

The managers in the Marriott Voyage program are most likely trained on "planning and organizing" functions of management. This is because the program provides hands-on and virtual training, immerses participants in hotel operations through departmental rotations and allows new employees to engage with Marriott senior leaders. These activities are all related to planning (setting goals and deciding how to achieve them) and organizing (arranging tasks, people, and other resources to accomplish the work).
